Refund policy

As every item is made-to-order, all items are final sale.

From the fabric selected to the cut and size - every suit is handmade with only you in mind. As such, we are unable to resell any returned items and do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.  

We are happy to work with you to ensure that you absolutely love your order! Please be sure to check our size guide and the descriptions for each item to ensure proper fit. If you have any further questions about sizing or fit, please reach out to us through our contact form or send us a DM on Instagram @odetteswim before placing your order. 

Damages and issues

We put immense care into every order we make, and stand behind the quality expected at arrival. If any part of your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will work with you to fix the problem. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

 

Cancelling/Changing your order

We have a 24-hour grace period for cancellations or changes made to your order. If you have made a mistake in your order or made it by accident - please contact us within 24 hours so that we can correct the issue.
